Home News is a member of the Institute of Estate Agents, the Cape Town Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the CRS Facility. Successfully working with brokers throughout South Africa, Namibia and overseas and connected to MLS, and National Referral Network (NRN), Home News is known as the agency with the most effective overseas links and a loyal following of South African, European and German investors. Home News is a boutique agency, where a client is still king and a lot of love and care is dedicated to his/her specialised needs.

Home News clientele includes sellers, who appreciate personalised service, qualified local clients, exclusive up-country buyers, and a stream of regular off shore investors. We have sold properties in all price brackets in this area and are particularly proud to have achieved some of the highest prices on the Atlantic Seaboard, with particular emphasis on Clifton and Bantry Bay. Our offices are in line with our modern, innovative approach to selling property and are conveniently positioned in the heart of Sea Point - near all major banks and building societies.

A letting department handles furnished and unfurnished accommodation, short and long leases and the quality of this division is rated tops.

The records available at Home News are utilised and provide you with the most up-to-date data and insight into buying and selling property. Properties for sale are offered in a highly professional manner with special photo portfolios of all Sole Mandates. Out of town clients are kept up-to-date by receiving regular up-dates on their listings.

Home News' reputation is impeccable, their name is your guarantee for an honest, happy, property transaction.
